[摘要]
目的：明确多发性基底细胞癌的皮肤镜特点。
方法：回顾性分析行皮肤镜检查并经组织病理确诊为基底细胞癌的 7 例多发性基底细胞癌患者的 25 处皮损。
结果：皮损表现为散在血管模式 20 处，无血管模式 5 处；蓝灰色卵圆巢 21 处，多发性蓝灰色点及小球 16 处，不典型血管 15 处，无结构区 13 处，色素减退 12 处，线性毛细血管扩张 11 处，出肜溃疡 11 处，枫叶状结构 10 处，螺旋状血管10 处，分支状血管 7 处，乳红色小球 7 处，红白背景下无结构区 7 处，逗号样血管 5 处，乳红色小点 4处，轮幅样结构 2 处。
结论：多发性基底细胞癌皮肤镜常见表现为散在血管模式，蓝灰色卵圆巢及多发性蓝灰色点及小球。

[Abstract] Objective：To determine the dermoscopic features of multiple basal cell carcinoma(BCC)．Methods：The data of 7 patients(25 lesions)diagnosed as BCCs by dermoseopic and biopsy was retrospec—tively reviewed．
Results：Under the dermoseopy，the image demonstrated scattered vascular pattern in 20 le—sions and Vascular pattern in 5，blue—grey ovoid nests in 21，brown globules/dots inl6，atypical red vessels in15，featureless alias in 13，hypopigmented in 12，telangiectasia in 11，haemorrhage～ulceration in 11，maple1eaf—like structure in 10，corkscrew vessels in 10，branching vessels in 7，red balls in 7，comma blood vesselsin 5．red dot in 4 and wheel—like structure in 2．
Conclusion：The common dermoscopic features of multipleBCCs are scattered vascular pattern，blue—grey ovoid nests and brown globules/dots．
